Hi there! I’m Sarah Sparrowgrove, and I couldn’t be happier to return to Village Green Montessori after some time away homeschooling my two children, Audrey (10) and Ethan (8).

It feels wonderful to be back at VGM, a place I have cherished since I first joined in 2019 as a Lead Teacher in the toddler classroom.

With over 20 years of experience working with children, I’ve devoted my life to nurturing young learners and their families. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Infant and Toddler Development. Before my time at VGM, I ran a licensed Home Daycare, where I cared for many children and built lasting bonds with them and their families. My connection to VGM began in 2007 when I was a nanny for a child who attended the school—I loved the warmth and care I saw here, not just for the children but for parents and caregivers too.

While at VGM, I completed toddler training at the Seton Montessori Institute and earned my Infant and Toddler Montessori Certification. After stepping away to homeschool my children—a journey that was both rewarding and inspiring—I’m so excited to return to the classroom to teach and learn with toddlers once again.

I’m looking forward to partnering with you and getting to know your child as we create a joyful, nurturing environment for them to grow and thrive. Let’s make this year one to remember!
